Brenda K. Whitehead is an experienced family, probate, civil and personal injury lawyer. She has practiced in Harris, Galveston, Fort Bend, and Montgomery County, Texas since 1984, when she graduated from South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas. She is board certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Ms. Whitehead is a Certified Mediator and has mediated both family and civil cases since 1992 and is trained in Collaborative Law

 

In her professional career, Ms. Whitehead has served as President of the Association of Women Attorneys and has co-founded and served as Chair of the Association of Women Attorneys Foundation which provides scholarships to women law students. She is also a member of the Houston Trial Lawyer's Association and has served as Dean of the Houston Alumni Senate of Delta Theta Phi Fraternity.
